Katy Perry has dropped two dress sizes in preparation for her wedding to actor Russell Brand. Katy has now given up her favorite foods like Chinese, pizza and burgers and replaced them with healthier options like steelcut oatmeal, veggies and chicken.

2. Watch what you eat- Although she loves Pilates, Brooke says that 95% of how she looks has to do with what she eats. Brooke maintains her figure with a Mediterranean diet, consisting of meat, salad, veggies and clear soups. She absolutely doesn’t allow soda, juices or high calorie drinks.
3. Confidence is key! Brooke says she feels confident in a bikini since she’s a mother of four – she’s happier with her body now than when she was 22 – wow!

Model Niki Taylor Struggled to Lose Weight After Having Her Third Child
Supermodel Niki Taylor revealed in People magazine how she won the weight loss battle after giving birth to her third child last year. At her heaviest Niki weighed 197 lbs.! After her daughter was born Niki wanted to get back to her model figure, or at least a healthy, manageable weight.
Increasing her exercise and maintaining a healthy diet is what helped Niki lose almost 60 lbs. For breakfast she ate oatmeal with fresh berries on top (the oatmeal helped her stay full!) and for dinner or lunch she had chicken broiled in coconut oil.
To burn the fat fast Niki did an extra 30 minutes of exercise a day - like walking on the treadmill, jogging or going on the treadmill. Niki didn’t even have to lift weights to tone her arms, just picking up her newborn daughter all the time helped keep her arms and back toned.

Kim Kardashian recently dropped 15 pounds after she was mocked for having a little cellulite retouched after a photoshoot. Kim went from 124 pounds (I think she’s 5′ 3″) to 109 pounds and dropped two dress sizes – down to a size 2!

Lunch

- One type of vegetable only, chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage
- One breadstick or one melba toast
- An apple, orange, one half of a grapefruit or a handful of strawberries.
Dinner
The same four choices as above
The juice of one lemon is allowed daily. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram etc. for seasoning, but no butter, oil or dressing. Tea, coffee, plain water or mineral water are the only drinks allowed. You should drink at least 2 liters of these fluids per day.
The fruit or breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but no more than four items listed at lunch or dinner may be eaten at one meal. I’ve spoken with several people that are using HCG and they have mentioned that they have cheated by eating different vegetables, jalpeno peppers, pickles, turkey, tuna, hard boiled eggs and several other foods, but foods that mainly had no fat content. They still seen weight loss, it may have been a little less loss, but they are still losing weight.

Megan Fox admitted to using a vinegar-based cleansing treatment to lose weight quick. The actress explained,
It just cleanses out your system entirely. It will get rid of, for women who retain water weight from your menstrual cycle and all that, it gets rid of it really fast. I’m not one for dieting or exercising, ’cause I’m lazy and I have a really big sweet tooth, so I have to do cleanses every once in a while ’cause of the amount of sugar I take in.
This doesn’t sound too healthy, but I guess it works for her if she needs to lose weight before an event.
Kendra Wilkinson’s Post Pregnancy Workout Plan

Kendra Wilkinson has only been a mom for a short time and she’s already working on getting her Playboy bunny body back. She even has a fitness dvd (pre-pregnancy) coming out this Spring!
With her pregnancy Kendra gained about 50 pounds and towards the end of her pregnancy she was in tears because she was so big.
Once Kendra is allowed to workout (she had a c-section and must wait 6 weeks) she plans to hike, bike and spend time outside working out. She likes to spend 2 days a week in the gym and the rest working out outside.
Since she can’t workout she’s trying to eat better and is burning about 1,000 a day breastfeeding her son Hank Jr.
For breakfast Kendra makes her own smoothies:
4 large strawberries
1/2 cup skim milk or greek yogurt
1 ripe banana
5 ice cubes
1 tsp. Special K Cereal
Blend all ingredients expect cereal until smooth. Add cereal and blend 1 min.
Kendra likes to indulge in salad with raw fresh veggies like tomatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and carrots. Once and a while she indulges in Applebee’s fried chicken salad.
She’s going to look even better than before!

Biggest Loser Ali’s Skinny Tricks

Ali Vincent lost 112 pounds since being on the Biggest Loser, but her struggle isn’t over. The winner of the Biggest Loser shares her tips for staying skinny:
1. Stay motivated when working out - Ali works out around other people and says if she thinks about ending her workout early she feels embarrassed walking out in front of other people.
2. Keep healthy food on hand - Ali’s go to food is spaghetti squash pasta with ground turkey and veggie marinara. She snacks on watermelon, almonds, celery and baby carrots.
3. Set Goals – Ali is running the PF Chang’s Rock n’ Rock Half Marathon on January 17th
4. Get active – Time with her friends used to be sitting and drinking or pigging out, now Ali gets active and goes hiking, bowling or they walk to whatever bar or restaurant they go to.
5. Pay attention to your clothing size – Ali now fits into a 27″ jean and she knows she’s slacking with they get too tight.
