    Hollywood hunk Mario Lopez is totally devoted to his fitness and now has a new book sharing how he maintains his perfect body at 36 years old. Mario’s theory is to train your body to constantly burn fat and you can still eat some of the things you love – he even shares a recipe for pizza!

    Mario uses the following 5 tricks to stay ripped:

    1. Workout with friends – studies show relying on a buddy system will help keep you motivated.

    2. Eat smaller portions – you might still be able to eat what you love, just a little less.

    3. Keep eating! Eat small, lean snacks to keep your metabolism going (think nuts, berries, lean meat)

    4. No empty calories – avoid soda, beer, candy, alcohol and sweets

    5. Track what you do – keep a journal to track your progress

    How Bradley Cooper Got Ripped for A-Team Movie

    Bradley Cooper has gotten totally ripped for the lead part in the movie A Team by putting on 10lbs of muscle, and he shared with People magazine how he did it.

    As soon as he had the part Bradley quit carbs, which meant no pizza and no ice cream! He also had no dairy, red meat or sauces. Bradley ate a lot of protein shakes and oatmeal. As soon as the movie wrapped he undulged in a pint of ice cream and two pizza pies!

    For his intense workout Bradley did lots of pushups, pull-ups, squats and lunges. He also sprinted on the treadmill at 9 mph alternating with walking uphill.

    Way to go Bradley!
