Mandy Moore’s 2010 Weight Loss Resolutions

Mandy Moore showed off her midriff on the cover of the January 2010 issue of Shape Magazine. In the issue she revealed while she’s in great shape she still has some weight loss resolutions for 2010.
When I get really busy with work and life- which is when I need to take care of myself the most – I do the least.
Her goal for 2010:
Spending time in the kitchen, “I’m just tired of relying on takeout and restaurants. Ryan (her husband) is an amazing cook, and there’s a farmer’s market about a mile from our house. I love the idea of getting up early on Sundays and walking to the market to pickup fresh fruits and veggies.”
When it comes to getting in shape Mandy works on her posture with Pilates classes, she also goes for hikes several times a week. But, Mandy says she has all the workout equipment she needs in her house for a full cardio workout which is her goal for 2010.
