    Celebrities are working harder than ever to stay in shape, and what once used to be an asset that went went ignored is now becoming a super-important body part – their butts! Celebs are paying special attention to their buns so they don’t show up on the red carpet with a flat butt.

    Celebs like Halle Berry, Kim Kardashian, Fergie, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Biel are using their stair climber and elliptical to firm up their glutes (butt muscles).

    If you don’t have a machine, you can also tone your tush by doing squats and lunges at home. Feel the burn!

    Kim and Khloe Kardashian are gearing up for Summer and revealed some of their stay slim diet and fitness tricks with Life & Style magazine.

    1. Eat a healthy breakfast- Kim says eating a healthy breakfast will help kickstart your metabolism. Both Kim and Khloe eat oatmeal, eggs or turkey bacon and fruit.

    2. Include protein in every meal - Sneaking in protein to every meal will help you feel fuller so you don’t overeat at the next meal!

    3. Don’t deprive yourself - Kim says if you want a milkshake, have a milkshake- depriving yourself from your favorite snacks will make you lose control and then binge.

    4. Mix up your workout - to increase calorie burn and keep herself interested Kim alternate strength training with cardio.

    5. Find a workout buddy - Get fit with a friend and it will help you stay on track – Kim and Khloe rely on each other to stay motivated!

    Kim Kardashian recently dropped 15 pounds after she was mocked for having a little cellulite retouched after a photoshoot. Kim went from 124 pounds (I think she’s 5′ 3″) to 109 pounds and dropped two dress sizes – down to a size 2!

    Here’s how she did it:

    1. QuickTrim – Kim is the official spokeswoman for this product which she says , “helped boost my metabolism and jump-started my weight loss.”

    2. Create a Meal Plan – Kim eats 4 meals a day including taking her QuikTrim before her workout for extra energy- plus breakfast, lunch, a snack and then dinner. All of her meals are loading with veggies and steamed or broiled protein.

    3. Workout to her DVD: Fit In Your Jeans by Friday - Kim and her trainer Jennifer Galardi work together to tone and strengthen Kim’s biggest asset – her butt! She does Chair squats and lunges.

    4. Fill up on a Shake – Kim’s favorite shake comes from Body Factory in LA. She loves their banana and peanut butter protein shake which she usually has with breakfast.

    5. Don’t Get Lazy – There’s no reason to take a break during the holidays or on time off. Exercise needs to be a part of your life all the time – no excuses! Kim hit the treadmill over New Year’s so that she would avoid holiday weight gain.

    Kim Kardashian shared her most recent weight loss secrets with Ok! and Star Magazine. Kim has made a new commitment to staying in shape. and he  trainer Jen Galardim who also trains Carmen Electra shared some of Kim’s fitness tips.

    Kim did one hour sessions with Jen which included cardio and strength training including squats and lunges to firm up her butt. To keep her energy up Kim ate veggie-heavy meals or soup and was allowed to have a glass or two of wine at night.
