How Katy Perry Is Getting Skinny For Her Wedding

Katy Perry has dropped two dress sizes in preparation for her wedding to actor Russell Brand. The actress is a self-professed junk food junkie (she even once posted a picture on her Twitter of her eating pizza in the bathtub!). Katy has now given up her favorite foods like Chinese, pizza and burgers and replaced them with healthier options like steelcut oatmeal, veggies and chicken.
Katy is a fan of the 5 Factor diet and she’s been following the diet according to the book. Katy’s also stepping it up in the gym – starting off with cardio for 30 minutes and then doing strength training (lunges, crunches, etc.).
I hope she doesn’t get too thin – I think Katy’s cures are what make her so sexy!
