    Celebrities are working harder than ever to stay in shape, and what once used to be an asset that went went ignored is now becoming a super-important body part – their butts! Celebs are paying special attention to their buns so they don’t show up on the red carpet with a flat butt.

    Celebs like Halle Berry, Kim Kardashian, Fergie, Jennifer Lopez and Jessica Biel are using their stair climber and elliptical to firm up their glutes (butt muscles).

    If you don’t have a machine, you can also tone your tush by doing squats and lunges at home. Feel the burn!

    Bradley Cooper has gotten totally ripped for the lead part in the movie A Team by putting on 10lbs of muscle, and he shared with People magazine how he did it.

    As soon as he had the part Bradley quit carbs, which meant no pizza and no ice cream! He also had no dairy, red meat or sauces. Bradley ate a lot of protein shakes and oatmeal. As soon as the movie wrapped he undulged in a pint of ice cream and two pizza pies!

    For his intense workout Bradley did lots of pushups, pull-ups, squats and lunges. He also sprinted on the treadmill at 9 mph alternating with walking uphill.

    Way to go Bradley!

    Lo Bosworth shares how she gets into shape for Summer

    The Hills Lo Bosworth works hard to maintain a fit body – although she admits she hasn’t had plastic surgery, isn’t super-skinny and has cellulite. Lo says to motivate herself to workout for 45 minutes she watches guilty pleasure TV (think Reality Shows, Soap Operas…) to make the workout go by fast. Funny because I like to watch the Hills while I workout!

    Lo’s favorite exercise is Spinning – which burns an intense 500 calories an hour.  She also likes to hike with her day and go for runs. Lo is learning about Yoga practices balancing and stretching.

    When it comes to her diet, Lo has the same breakfast everyday- steel-cut oatmeal with berries. She loves it because it keeps her full all morning.

    For lunch she keeps with light with a soup or a salad and sandwhich.

    Her favorite snack is an apple with organic peanut butter.

    For dinner she eats a light fish with brown rice and veggies.

    She also loves watermelon because it’s full of water and helps reduce bloating. Yum!

    Kim and Khloe Kardashian are gearing up for Summer and revealed some of their stay slim diet and fitness tricks with Life & Style magazine.

    1. Eat a healthy breakfast- Kim says eating a healthy breakfast will help kickstart your metabolism. Both Kim and Khloe eat oatmeal, eggs or turkey bacon and fruit.

    2. Include protein in every meal - Sneaking in protein to every meal will help you feel fuller so you don’t overeat at the next meal!

    3. Don’t deprive yourself - Kim says if you want a milkshake, have a milkshake- depriving yourself from your favorite snacks will make you lose control and then binge.

    4. Mix up your workout - to increase calorie burn and keep herself interested Kim alternate strength training with cardio.

    5. Find a workout buddy - Get fit with a friend and it will help you stay on track – Kim and Khloe rely on each other to stay motivated!

Looks like her hard work is paying off!

Katy has now given up her favorite foods like Chinese, pizza and burgers and replaced them with healthier options like steelcut oatmeal, veggies and chicken.

    Katy is a fan of the 5 Factor diet and she’s been following the diet according to the book. Katy’s also stepping it up in the gym – starting off with cardio for 30 minutes and then doing strength training (lunges, crunches, etc.).

    I hope she doesn’t get too thin – I think Katy’s cures are what make her so sexy!

    2. Watch what you eat- Although she loves Pilates, Brooke says that 95% of how she looks has to do with what she eats. Brooke maintains her figure with a Mediterranean diet, consisting of meat, salad, veggies and clear soups. She absolutely doesn’t allow soda, juices or high calorie drinks.

    3. Confidence is key! Brooke says she feels confident in a bikini since she’s a mother of four – she’s happier with her body now than when she was 22 – wow!

    Supermodel Niki Taylor revealed in People magazine how she won the weight loss battle after giving birth to her third child last year. At her heaviest Niki weighed 197 lbs.! After her daughter was born Niki wanted to get back to her model figure, or at least a healthy, manageable weight.

    Increasing her exercise and maintaining a healthy diet is what helped Niki lose almost 60 lbs. For breakfast she ate oatmeal with fresh berries on top (the oatmeal helped her stay full!) and for dinner or lunch she had chicken broiled in coconut oil.

    To burn the fat fast Niki did an extra 30 minutes of exercise a day - like walking on the treadmill, jogging or going on the treadmill. Niki didn’t even have to lift weights to tone her arms, just picking up her newborn daughter all the time helped keep her arms and back toned.
