Bethenny Frankel’s Secret to Losing 29 lbs After Baby

Real Housewives of New York’s Bethenny Frankel has miraculously dropped 29 lbs. in only three weeks since giving birth to her baby daughter Bryn. Bethenny is author of several diet books, including Naturally Thin, which may have fueled the pressure to drop the baby weight quick.
Here’s how she did it:
- Try to be fit while pregnant – although Bethenny was on bed rest during her first trimester, she resumed walking and doing Yoga 3 times a week.
- Stick to small portions and eat what you want. Bethenny wanted pasta while pregnant so she would enjoy an appetizer sized portion.
- Keep your diet light, Bethenny stuck to a low fat diet to help lose the 35 pounds she gained while pregnant. For breakfast she’ll eat a low fat muffin and fruit, a veggie sandwich for lunch (she’s a vegetarian), and BBQ chicken with half a sweet potato for dinner.
