Mario uses the following 5 tricks to stay ripped:

1. Workout with friends – studies show relying on a buddy system will help keep you motivated.

2. Eat smaller portions – you might still be able to eat what you love, just a little less.

3. Keep eating! Eat small, lean snacks to keep your metabolism going (think nuts, berries, lean meat)

4. No empty calories – avoid soda, beer, candy, alcohol and sweets

5. Track what you do – keep a journal to track your progress
