Playboy bunny Holly Madison admits it easy for her to stay super skinny – but she uses a few tricks to help keep her feminine, curvy figure. For 6 nights a week she performs in Las Vegas at Peepshow – which burns calories hopping around and dancing.

For her diet, Holly balances healthy foods with indulgences like french fries. Holly’s typical day is a coffee and protein bar for breakfast, a sandwich for lunch and sushi or steak for dinner. Holly does slip up every now and then but since she’s usually healthy it doesn’t bother her.
