Carrie Underwood recently hit the beach in the Bahamas at the Atlantis Cove Resort and she looking totally fit in her bikini. Carrie is a strict vegetarian and her diet includes soy based sausage, kashi bars, flatout tortilla pizza and quorn nuggets.
