    How Kendra Wilkinson Plans to Lose Baby Weight

    Kendra Wilkinson only gave birth to her first baby just over one week ago, but she’s already mapping out her steps to snapping back in shape. Kendra gave birth via c-section and said since her doctor didn’t cut into her muscle she can begin working out even sooner. Her new regimen includes martial arts, swimming and squats, “It’s time to get my butt back into shape, that’s my goal,” says Kendra.

    How Lauren Conrad Stays in Shape with Surfing

    The Hills Lauren Conrad is a California girl at heart and she keeps her body rock hard by pounding the waves of the Atlantic. Surfing burns about 200 calories a day, which helps keep Lauren toned and fit.

    When she can’t hit the waves Lauren meets up with her trainer for a workout she calls body box. “It’s high-intensity kickboxing with a lot of body-weight movements, such as squats, lunges and jumping jacks with upper cuts,” explained Lauren.

    For her diet LC sticks to 1,500 calories a day and eats oatmeal with fruit for breakfast, a salad with grilled chicken and salmon with brown rice for dinner. Her one vice is Starbucks – but she tries to drink just plain coffee.

    Lauren’s trainer Jarett Del Bene says the key thing to staying fit like Lauren is to be consistent. He suggests exercising a minimum of 30 minutes a day for at least 3 days a week.

    Carrie Underwood recently hit the beach in the Bahamas at the Atlantis Cove Resort and she looking totally fit in her bikini. Carrie is a strict vegetarian and her diet includes soy based sausage, kashi bars, flatout tortilla pizza and quorn nuggets.

    To stay in great shape Carrie hits the gym 6 days a week for at least 30 minutes. She likes to workout on the treadmill, bike and does crunches on an exercise ball. She looks great!

    Tyra Banks showed off her new super-skinny body, Star magazine estimates that Tyra has lost about 30 lbs. The magazine also consulted a doctor who said Tyra is only consuming 1,400 calories a day (400 less than she should have) and is doing heavy cardio exercise. An insider says Tyra’s seriously about losing weight and goes for 40 minutes walks with a friend everyday.

    Maybe Tyra doesn’t want to follow in the yo-yo dieting footsteps of her role model Oprah.

    Jennifer Aniston To Star In Yoga DVD

    Jennifer Aniston is set to appear in a DVD for her Yoga teacher, Mandy Ingber,  who Jen said has helped her change her life. “She brought yoga into my life,” says Aniston. “It completely changed my life.”

    The DVD, titled Yogalosophy has a special introduction from Jen. Although you won’t see her performing a workout, you’ll be doing the exact same routine that has made Jen so perfectly fit.

    “It’s one of the most fun workouts I’ve ever had,” Jen says in the video. “So have fun and work hard because it will totally pay off.”

    Real Housewives of Orange County’s Alexis Bellino shared in her BravoTV blog how she stays so perfectly fit:

    My workout routines change frequently. I get bored so easily and I am constantly looking for new ways to workout and still have fun! Currently I do Pure Barre one/two days a week, run 5 miles three/four days a week, YAS (yoga and spin) one day a week, and lift weights one day.

    I change it up often though, and anytime new workouts come out, I am the FIRST to try it. I don’t feel it is a woman’s responsibility to stay in shape or look their best, it’s simply a personal choice. I just feel it’s important to do for yourself. Not only does your heart love you for it, but I just LOVE the way I feel after. I think one of the main reasons I do it is because it is a stress reliever. Some people paint, or ride horses, or read, but I am such a high energy person that I need it to release anxiety. It helps me be a better mom, and a better wife.
