Marissa Miller On How She Stays Skinny

The stunning Victoria’s Secret model Marissa Miller shared with Ok! Magazine how she stays skinny. Marissa says being prepared and being consistent is what helps her maintain her figure. When traveling she makes sure to bring nutritional bars with her. When she’s at home she mostly eats veggies with every meal and stays away from bread and pasta.
When Marissa does decide to indulge every now and then she likes to have a cheeseburger and fried, mac and cheese or mexican food.
To aid in her diet Marissa does Pilates, Kick Boxing and surfing.
The Hills Stephanie Pratt’s Secret Skinny Drink

The Hills Stephanie Pratt (Spencer’s sister) seems to have lost a few pounds since last season. Along with eating right and working out, Stephanie makes sure she keeps a healthy snack on her while running errands.
